Roma And Sinti families' Rights Violated In Italy

A decision by Italian authorities to segregate Roma and Sinti families in “ghettos,” using discriminatory identification procedures, denied them access to adequate housing and protection of family life.
This finding formed part of a report from the Council of Europe’s European Committee of Social Rights which found Italy to be in violation of articles of the Revised Social Charter. (Read more)
