In the aftermath of a reported suicide bombing in Istanbul last month (October) which claimed 32 lives, the Council of Europe conference brings together national and international experts to address the changing nature of terrorism.
Participants will also discuss the terrorist incitement and recruitment for terrorism and ways to prevent the financing of terrorism.
The Conference is open to participants appointed by member and observer States of the Council of Europe as well as International Organisations.
